- Orders are shipped to worldwide 1-4 weeks - Economy Shipping, fixed unit price.
- Free International Economy shipping for purchases over 150$ with promo "FS150" (valid except for sales with discounts).
- Orders are shipped to worldwide 3-7 business days - Fast Shipping, cost on request.
After shipping the order, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of the delivery service.
PAYMENT
We proceed VISA / MasterCard payments via LiqPay, online payment systems directory. Also you can pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Masterpass or Visa Checkout.
For orders in Ukraine, is available cash on delivery upon receipt of goods at "Nova Poshta" offices.
After placing and paying for the order, you will receive a confirmation email by e-mail.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return / exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the "Law on Consumer Protection". You can return or exchange goods within 14 days of receipt, subject to:
- Commercial appearance of the product, without traces of use and operation;
- Integrity of the original packaging with preservation of all labels and tags;
- Return / exchange is at the expense of the buyer;
- Return / exchange order to the next address: PO Box 58, Kiev, 01033, Ukraine;
- Refunds are made to the Visa / MasterCard bank card within 14 banking days from the moment the goods are received, which is subject to refund.
