We accept your orders and will be able to send them as soon as the opportunity arises.
Part of the funds received for your orders will be transferred to support the Ukrainian athletes.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders are shipped to Ukrainian addresses via "Nova Poshta" (2-3 business days) - free for orders under 1000 uah during regular business hourse. During large sales period the client pays for delivery.
- Orders are shipped worldwide within 1-4 weeks - Economy Shipping, fixed unit price.
- Orders are shipped worldwide within 3-7 business days - Fast Shipping, cost on request.
After shipping the order, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of the delivery service.
PAYMENT
We proceed VISA / MasterCard payments via LiqPay, online payment systems directory. Also you can pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Masterpass or Visa Checkout.
For orders in Ukraine, is available cash on delivery upon receipt of goods at "Nova Poshta" offices.
After placing and paying for the order, you will receive a confirmation email by e-mail.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return / exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the "Law on Consumer Protection". You can return or exchange goods within 14 days of receipt, subject to:
- Commercial appearance of the product, without traces of use and operation;
- Integrity of the original packaging with preservation of all labels and tags;
- Return / exchange is at the expense of the buyer;
- Return / exchange order to the next address: PO Box 58, Kiev, 01033, Ukraine;
- Refunds are made to the Visa / MasterCard bank card within 14 banking days from the moment the goods are received, which is subject to refund.
LOST IN TRANSIT
If we fullfilled our obligation by sending the item and the loss occured after the item was returned due to the customer`s failure to pick up the item in time after being properly informed and having enough time to do so, it is the customers responsibiity in the first place and the loss was due to the customer`s initial failure to pick up the package. In this case a refund cannot be issued and it`s possible to discuss a credit for future orders.
